If I was able to give zero starts I would have. Service is horrible I took my car to get fix January 2nd and told me it was an electrical issue. After that send me a video of idk who’s car and say it’s not covered under the warranty. Had to fight to get a loaner when I get it a couple weeks later unfortunately parked in front of my house a Sanitation truck took the whole front bumper off The car is being taken care off but they have decided to hold my car which been ready for two weeks until the loaner is fix. Motor mount ,leaked and was replaced free of charge.Covered under ,5/60 /100 miles warranty ,great service and great mechanics .Couldn't figure out pound noise when starting in morning noise subsided as the car warmed up but could hear it when accelerating mechanic took for a ride and realized it was the right motor mount .,she is and rides like new ! ,Thank you for honoring the warranty ,
First time at this dealership for service . Made an appointment online and got a call to confirm appointment. Being there was a snow storm a couple days before I was a little nervous if I would be able to get my 2023 Santa Fe serviced it was very busy with all the cars but I pulled in and was instantly approached and my info and inspection of my vehicle was taken and directed to service desk. Had an appointment today - brought the car in because they told me over the phone the first oil change was free after purchase. Turns out, “free” must mean something different here, because they denied it the moment I arrived. They kept my car for 30 minutes just to tell me it’d be another hour and a half for an oil change so 2hours altogether. Didn’t realize changing oil was a full-day event. Safe to say I’ll never be getting service done at this location again.
It was a great experience. My salesperson Hector Rivera was excellent at listening to my needs and delivered accordingly. I'm very happy with my new Elantra, and the deal as well. Thank you Hector 😊 🙏
